My Favourite Finds In 2017

Food
I've adored chocolate Oatly, warmed in a milk pan and whizzed with a milk frother, I've been addicted to this bubbly, rich treat! Sometimes, I even pop in a square of dark mint chocolate too - heavenly!
Another food fave has been creamy almond milk porridge, with cinnamon dusted spiced soft pear. It's ideal on a cold winter's morning - delish!
Also, doughnuts too. Lot's and lot's and lot's of doughnuts.

Beauty
For beauty, I gave into the huge Glossier hype this year, and I have to say, it's one that really works for me. My skin has been smooth, clear and generally well behaved since using their skincare. Reaching for fewer products has also been a plus too! My faves have been the Milky Jelly Cleanser - a lovely cleansing pick that I use in the shower, or as a second cleanse, the dreamy moisturising Moon Mask and the Priming Moisturiser Rich, a hydrating night cream.
Their make up range is beautiful too - the blendable, pigmented Cloud Paints have taken up a firm spot in my make up bag.
Glossier's customer service is excellent, they're kind, empowering, have a great vegan selection and are cruelty free, it's a brand I can really get behind. Plus, the packaging is dreamy! I can't wait to see what they have in store for 2018!

The Nyx Micro Brow Pencil in Ash Brown has been another firm favourite, such a great discovery for me this year! It's a dupe for the Benefit Ka-brow in 5, lasts all day on me and I love the waxy,  blendable formula. The only downside is I go through them so quickly!

For nails, I've adored Essie's Galaxy Metals collection, a beautiful selection of metallic hues, Reflection Perfection* has been my favourite - a pretty, soft blush rose it's so pretty on!

TV Series/Netflix
Stranger things topped the list for me this year, I was so obsessed with season 2! The characters and story really started to evolve, it was still creepy - ideal for it's Halloween release, but this time without too many jumps. I loooved it!
Of course my all time favourite Gilmore Girls was not a new find, but I had my second binge of the series this year. Can I live in Stars Hollow please?
I also sobbed at season 6, of OUAT (how incredible was that musical episode?!), TVD S8, and once again was hooked by the charm, storyline and wit of The Originals in S4 too!

Home
After investing in my dream West Elm desk early this year, and rearranging the contents atop for my ideal desk set up, I've loved whittling away hours here. I'm still on the hunt for a comfortable chair but with the addition of candles, crystals, trinkets and fairylights, it's my favourite corner of my home.

Apps
Instagram - mainly instastories topped my list of favourite app's this year. I also have loved playing Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, I'm so happy that I managed to get hold of all of the Jingle furniture!

Style
I honestly don't know what I would do without my cosy M&S dressing gown, I'm practically living in it right now! Also, a rather late favourite but these cotton cat pyjamas are unbelievably soft! I've loved having them to lounge in over the Christmas break!
I'm still having a moment with pink and blush, mustard/warm orange too, I've been collecting scarves and cushions and hats in these dreamy hues!

So there's my 2017 favourites! I'd love to know what yours were this year!
